Introduction

DD Dive Calculator (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a diving score calculator published by SingleCog Software for iOS and Android (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

The short version: the App does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Information We Collect

None. The App does not collect any personal or device information:

• No accounts: There is no sign-up or login, and we never ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details
• No analytics or tracking: The App contains no analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking tools
• No advertising: The App shows no ads and contains no advertising SDKs or identifiers
• No location, camera, contacts, or photos: The App requests no device permissions
• No network access: The App does not send data over the internet. The only time it opens a web page or your email app is when you tap a link in the About screen (this Privacy Policy, Support, or our contact email)

Information Stored on Your Device

The degree of difficulty (DD) and judges’ scores you type are used only to calculate the dive total on your device. They are kept in memory while the App is open and are not saved, uploaded, or shared.

The App saves two small settings on your device: whether the NCAA 9-judge panel is turned on, and whether you have already seen the first-launch tip about entering the degree of difficulty. They stay on your device, are never uploaded, and are removed when you uninstall the App.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because the App collects no information, there is nothing for us to share, sell, or disclose. We do not share information with:

• Third-party advertisers
• Data brokers
• Analytics providers
• Any other third parties

Third-Party Services

The App does not include third-party services that collect data. If you tap a link in the App, that page opens in your web browser or email app, and those are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Security

No personal data is collected or transmitted, so none is held on our servers. Calculations happen entirely on your device.

Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for divers, coaches, judges, and parents of all ages. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

Your Rights and Choices

Because we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Uninstalling the App removes it and everything it uses from your device.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If the App ever begins to collect information, we will update this Privacy Policy and the “Last Updated” date above before that change is released, and update the App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures to match.
