Creator Camp – Age Requirement & Child Safety Standards
Creator Camp is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all users.
We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation (CSE) within our app and community.
Minimum Age Requirement
Creator Camp is intended for users 18 years of age or older. The app is built around an in-person creative/outdoor event and includes features — real-time group and direct messaging, photo/video/GIF sharing, opt-in location sharing at the event venue, and public creator profiles — that are not intended for use by minors.
- We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the app.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, or that we have collected information from a minor, we will disable the account and remove the associated data.
- Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided us with personal information should contact us immediately at singlecogsoftware@gmail.com so we can investigate and remove it.
This 18+ requirement is also stated in our Privacy Policy.
Our Safety Standards
- Zero Tolerance – Any attempt to create, share, or request child sexual abuse or exploitation content will result in immediate account removal and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
- Reporting – Users can report harmful or suspicious activity directly in the app or by contacting our support team. Reports are reviewed promptly.
- Moderation – All uploaded content (including images, text, and profiles) is subject to review to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Enforcement – We work with trusted partners and law enforcement agencies to address any violations and keep our community safe.
