Welcome to Creator Camp! Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for all creators. These Community Guidelines explain what is expected of everyone using chat and community features within the Creator Camp App, and what happens if someone violates these expectations.
1. Purpose of These Guidelines
These rules exist to:
- Keep all conversations safe, respectful, and age‑appropriate.
- Protect creators, admins, sponsors, and staff.
- Ensure that interactions reflect the values of Creator Camp.
By using the chat features in the app, you agree to follow these guidelines.
2. Expected Behavior
All users must:
- Be respectful. Treat others with kindness, even in disagreement.
- Use appropriate language. No profanity, slurs, or offensive terms.
- Stay on topic. Keep chat relevant to the camp experience.
- Be truthful. Do not impersonate others or provide misleading information.
- Respect privacy. Do not share your own or anyone else’s personal contact information, address, phone number, or private details.
- Include everyone. No excluding, bullying, ganging up, or encouraging negative behavior.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are not allowed under any circumstances:
3.1 Harmful or Unsafe Behavior
- Bullying, harassment, threats, or intimidation.
- Encouraging self‑harm or dangerous activities.
3.2 Inappropriate or Unsafe Content
- Profanity, sexually suggestive content, or graphic content.
- Hate speech or discriminatory language.
- Violent, explicit, or disturbing imagery or messages.
3.3 Privacy and Security Violations
- Sharing any personal contact info (yours or others’).
- Attempting to move conversations outside the app.
- Attempting to access private chats you are not part of.
3.4 Spam and Disruption
- Mass messaging, repetitive spam, or flooding chat.
- Advertising or soliciting products, services, or external communities (unless approved by Creator Camp).
4. Messaging Safety Rules
- Direct messages are visible to admins for safety when a message or user is flagged.
- Admins may monitor chats to maintain a safe environment.
- Screenshots of inappropriate behavior may be taken by moderators for safety review.
5. Consequences for Violations
Creator Camp uses a tiered enforcement approach. The severity of the violation determines the action taken.
5.1 Tier 1 – Minor Violations
Examples: mild inappropriate language, off-topic spam.
- Warning message from an admin.
- Temporary muting of chat features.
5.2 Tier 2 – Moderate Violations
Examples: repeated minor violations, disrespectful behavior.
- Temporary chat suspension (hours or days).
5.3 Tier 3 – Severe Violations
Examples: bullying, harassment, hate speech, sharing personal information, sexual content.
- Removal from group and private chats.
- Removal from the Creator Camp App.
5.4 Tier 4 – Critical Violations
Examples: threats, sexual content directed at anyone, stalking, or any activity that endangers safety.
- Permanent removal from the app.
- Report to legal authorities if required by law.
6. Reporting and Review Process
If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the Report Message option within the app.
- Inform an admin through a the Direct Message.

- Serious reports are reviewed promptly to ensure user safety.
All reports are handled discreetly. Retaliation against someone who files a report is strictly prohibited.
7. Appeals
If your privileges are restricted, you may request a review by submitting an appeal to the Creator Camp admin team. Decisions are made with user safety as the top priority.
8. Updates to These Guidelines
Creator Camp may update these guidelines as the app evolves. Continued use of chat features signifies agreement with the most current version.
